That’s why they are naturally antibacterial: bacteria cannot propagate on a pH of 9 more.The best way to prevent transmission of viruses is by washing your hands. After washing with a soap bar, the pH of hands will be significantly higher. This will disrupt the fatty acid outer layer of the virus causing it to dissolve, break apart and consequently wash away.It is recommended to wash your hands with soap and water often and for at least 20 seconds.
