£2.99 shipping charge for all reshipments. Sometimes we may have your parcel returned to us because it was unable to be delivered or collected. This could be due to errors in the address or the recipient not picking up a parcel from a collection point. When this happens we may require you to pay a shipping charge to attempt a second delivery.
